  • Chilli & Cheese Pie

    Slow-cooked chilli con carne under a molten cheese lid. One-handed, one-hit — a local favourite.

  • Steak & Pepper Pie

    Chunks of slow-braised beef in a rich cracked-pepper gravy. The classic, done properly.

  • Brisket, Bacon & Cheese Pie

    Smoked brisket, crisp bacon and cheddar in a buttery pastry case. A Pie Hole heavyweight.

    The one every bakery should nail. Available gluten-free daily — generous size, same recipe.

  • Great range of pies that are fairly priced and packed with flavour. I had the Chilli and Cheese pie first and it was delicious. One handed pie that was the perfect temp and just the right amount of flaky goodness. Not served in foil, which is a good sign.

Do you have gluten-free pies?

Yes — we bake a gluten-free plain beef pie every day at both shops. It's the same generous size as our regular pies. Other flavours rotate depending on the day, so ring ahead if you want to lock one in.

Do you do vegetarian options?

Every day. Our curry vegetable pie and spinach and ricotta roll are on the shelf all week, and we rotate seasonal vegetarian pies on top of that.

Can I order a custom cake?

Yes. We do birthday cakes, cupcake orders and cakes for weddings and events. Give us at least 3–5 days' notice for anything custom. Call the shop closest to you or use the contact form.

Do you supply pies wholesale?

Yes. We wholesale handmade pies across the Central Coast and Hunter Valley — cafés, pubs, clubs and caterers. Head to our wholesale page for a quote.

Can I pre-order for pickup?

Phone pre-orders are welcome at both shops, especially if you need a tray of pies for an event or want to make sure a specific flavour is held for you. Online pre-order is coming soon.
